Outline who you are working with on your role project production in terms of project stakeholders and give details as to how you will be demonstrating accountability while working with/for them

🌟Who am I working with on my project, and how will I be accountable when working with them?
As you may know by now, for my
project, I will be creating an Animatic about a story of a cloud shepherd and
her friendship with an island castaway.
Though I will be creating my
animatic solo, I will be and have been collaborating with both a film student
and an audio student to help me with script writing and sound.
To manage this, I've been
communicating mostly through email to get feedback, send updates, and set up
meetings. Likewise, "In
a project, communication is vital because the project is a new endeavor for
every stakeholder involved. Even if every member of the team has worked
together on dozens of projects before this one, every project is unique.
Communication is how stakeholders understand what this project is about, how it
will affect them, and what role they may be expected to play" (Plowman
& Diffendal, 2020, p. 1).
To start my collaboration
journey. I began by getting assistance from a screenwriter film student to help
me write my script. Since one of my main
goals is to improve my storytelling this trimester, I decided I wanted to write
it myself but have someone assist me so I stay on the right track. Likewise, we
soon met up in person and discussed my ideas and concerns about my story. From this meeting, I was able to get lots of
feedback and resources that I could use to craft my story.
From there, I spent some time
working on writing my first draft of the story and sent it off to be
reviewed. To which, not too long after,
I received some very useful feedback and notes on how I could improve my story
and what went well.
While I was messaging my film student, I also
contacted an audio student to help me with sound for my animatic. Since I knew
I wouldn't need the audio till the end, I wanted to make sure that they didn't
lose interest, so I decided to give the audio student an update on where I am
at, including asking if there was anything specific, I'll need to do to help. I,
likewise, will need to spend some time listing off the sound effects I need,
including preparing some material of my work I could show them. Which I am
currently working on.
